To insure that your Player is correctly installed and only current file versions are present, manually uninstall the Player using the file list below and then reinstall by double clicking the installation executable file.

If you are using Player Plus, be sure to track down your serial number before starting this process. You will need the number to reinstall. The serial number can be found on the back of the CD case if you purchased the boxed product, in the About dialog box found off of the Help menu in later versions of Player Plus, or in the confirmation e-mail RealNetworks sent after you purchased the product on-line.

Remove all possible files and directories copied to the system by previous installations:

In C:\RAPLAYER directory: (or the directory specified during the installation):
