This message indicates that your RealPlayer is set to receive data through HTTP only and the clip you are currently trying to play is not available through HTTP only.

HTTP Only mode is available in RealPlayer 4.0 beta 2 or later. When in this mode, you can receive RealAudio and RealVideo content from a RealServer 4.0 beta 2 or later, or from a web server that has been properly configured.

If you are behind a firewall that does not allow transport through TCP, notify the content provider to upgrade to the latest RealServer, or to make their content available to the web server.

If you are not behind a firewall or if you are behind a firewall that allows transport through TCP, you can modify your Transport preferences to receive data through TCP by:

1. In the RealPlayer, select from the Preferences from the View menu.

2. In the Preferences window, click the Transport option.

3. Select the appropriate option for your configuration.

4. Click OK in the Preferences dialog box to save the change.
