RealVideo requires your display to be set to at least 256 color mode. To change your display settings:

Windows 95

1. Open the Control Panel
2. Select "Display"
3. Select "Settings"
4. Change "Color Palette"

If your display cannot be set to more than 16 colors, you will need to upgrade your video drivers and possibly your video card.

Macintosh

1. Open the Control Panel
2. Select "Monitors & Sound"
3. Click the Monitor icon
4. Choose "Colors" and select at least 256
5. Close the dialog boxes
