If you receive this error it means that the RealAudio Player or RealPlayer was unable to initialize the computer's TCP/IP networking. Possible reasons for this occuring include if TCP/IP is not installed, if TCP/IP is misconfigured, or if TCP/IP is broken for some other reason.
