If you receive this message, you have clicked a link from a RealAudio or RealVideo Server that cannot stream files to your version of the Player. For example, if you have the RealAudio 2.0 Player installed and click a link for clip that was encoded with a RealAudio 3.0 encoding algorithm.

Note: If your system does not meet the stated minimum requirements for using the latest Player, then you are not going to be able to access content from the latest Servers.
