There are three possible reasons why you received this error:
- If you entered a pnm path in the Open Location dialog box, check that the path is correct.
- If you are receiving this error when trying to play any file, have never been able to play files from the internet, and you are behind a firewall, check with your Network Administrator to be sure that you have setup your RealAudio (3.0 or earlier) or RealPlayer (4.0 or 5.0 ) Proxy correctly.
- If you are receiving this error when trying to play any file, but have played files successfuly before, then the RealAudio (3.0 or earlier) or RealPlayer (4.0 or 5.0 ) Proxy Server is down. Notify your Network Administrator.
