If you received this error you probably have a very old version of the Player. You should upgrade to the lastest version of the Player. Refer to the Download page to download the latest version.

Note: If your system does not meet the stated minimum requirements for using the latest Player, then you are not going to be able to access content from the latest Servers. You should still be able to use the previous Players to access content which is streamed from compatible Servers. For example, RealAudio Player 3.0 can be used to listen to content from 3.0 and 2.0 Servers.
