This message indicates that the RealAudio Player or RealPlayer attempted to play a file that is not in RealAudio or RealVideo format. RealAudio Player can play files thar are .ra or .ram, RealPlayer can play files that are .ra, .ram and .rm. Verify that the URL is correct and specifies a .rm, .ra or .ram file.
