This error indicates one of two things:

• The Server which delivers the file does not support the PerfectPlay feature. RealAudio Servers below version 2.1 do not support PerfectPlay.

• The RealAudio or RealVideo file was encoded with PerfectPlay disabled. Content Providers choose whether to enable PerfectPlay in their files.

To turn off PerfectPlay:

• Open the File menu in the Player, and toggle PerfectPlay mode so the check mark does not appear.
