Solution: To use the Creative Nomad 32/64 Player with RealJukebox 2, in addition to the RealJukebox system requirements you must have:

• Windows 95 or 98
• A parallel port connection
• Creative Nomad 32/64 Player

Note: RealJukebox does not support the Nomad II or Nomad II MG Players with this plug-in.

2. How do I install the Creative Nomad 32/64 Player plug-in for RealJukebox 2?

Solution: Before RealJukebox 2 can access your Creative Nomad 32/64 Player, you must install the device plug-in. RealJukebox 2 may need to download the plug-in from the RealNetworks website if one is not already installed on your computer. You must be connected to the Internet in order for RealJukebox 2 to download plug-ins.

The following steps guide you through the installation process.

1. Connect your Nomad 32/64 Player to the computer.
2. Start RealJukebox 2.
3. Click the Help Menu and choose Check for Update.
4. Choose the Creative Nomad 32/64 Player from the list.
5. Click the Get It Now button.

Notes: If you have not installed the Nomad software previously, you may need to restart Windows before RealJukebox will be able to detect the device.

While device drivers needed to run the Nomad 32/64 with RealJukebox install with the plug-in, we recommend installing the latest updates available from http://www.nomadworld.com.

3. How do I transfer songs to my Creative Nomad 32/64 Player?

Solution: Using the following steps, select the desired songs and then transfer them from RealJukebox 2 to your Creative Nomad 32/64 Player:

1. Connect the Nomad 32/64 Docking station.
2. Turn the player on and insert it into the docking station.
3. Start RealJukebox 2.
4. Click the Devices button on the Navigation Bar.
5. Double-click the Creative Nomad 32/64.
6. Click a storage device listed under the portable device (e.g., Creative NOMAD Internal).

7. Click the Add Tracks button on the right.
8. Choose songs from the Master Library or the Playlists in the Browse dialog box.
   -Use Shift-click to select a range of songs.
   -Use Ctrl-Click to select several individual songs.
9. Click the Add Tracks button.
10. Click the Close button when you are done choosing songs.
11. Click the Begin Transfer button on the right to being transferring your tracks.

Note: Tracks labeled "Will Not Fit" will not transfer. This is because there is not enough space left on the portable device for the song.

RealJukebox will transfer the songs you have selected, displaying a progress bar in the Transfer Status area:
