Solution: To use the Samsung Yepp NEU Player with RealJukebox 2, in addition to the RealJukebox system requirements you must have:

• Windows 98, Windows Me or Windows 2000
• A USB port connection
• The Samsung Yepp YP-NEU Player.

Solution: Before RealJukebox 2 can access your Samsung Yepp NEU Player, you must install the device plug-in. RealJukebox 2 may need to download the plug-in from the RealNetworks website if one is not already installed on your computer. You must be connected to the Internet in order for RealJukebox 2 to download plug-ins.

The following steps guide you through the installation process.

Solution: Using the following steps, select the desired songs and then transfer them from RealJukebox 2 to your Samsung Yepp NEU Player:

1. Start RealJukebox 2.
2. Click the Devices button on the Navigation Bar.
3. Double-click Samsung Yepp NEU Player.
4. Click a storage device listed under the portable device.
5. Click the Add Tracks button on the right.
6. Choose songs from the Master Library or the Playlists in the Browse dialog box.
   -Use Shift-click to select a range of songs.
   -Use Ctrl-Click to select several individual songs.
7. Click the Add Tracks button.
8. Click the Close button when you are done choosing songs.
9. Click the Begin Transfer button on the right to being transferring your tracks.
   
   Note: Tracks labeled "Will Not Fit" will not transfer. This is because there is not enough space left on the portable device for the song.
   
   RealJukebox will transfer the songs you have selected, displaying a progress bar in the Transfer Status area.
