1. Where can I download Surreal.FX?

   You can download the Free or Plus version of Surreal.FX from the following web page:

   http://www.real.com/accessories/surrealfx/

2. What are the minimum system requirements to use Surreal.FX?
   • Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows 2000
   • Pentium 200 or greater (or equivalent)
   • 32 MB RAM
   • 10 MB available hard drive space (19 MB for Plus version)
   • Microsoft DirectX 6.0 (or later).

     For 3D visualizations, a video card with 3D hardware acceleration support is also required.

3. Why does my copy of Surreal FX say it has expired?

   You have a Beta copy of Surreal.FX that has expired. Please download the latest version from the following location:

   http://www.real.com/accessories/surrealfx/

4. Does the installation of Surreal.FX affect RealPlayer or RealJukebox in any way?

   After installing Surreal.FX, a new button with the caption "FX" will be added to both RealPlayer and RealJukebox (depending on your current version). By clicking this button, you may open Surreal.FX at any time from within the RealPlayer or the RealJukebox.

   The button is located in the upper right corner of the RealPlayer and RealJukebox windows.

5. Where can I find out more about Surreal.FX and other visualization modules?

   Click the More button, Surreal.FX will open your web browser and display a page about the program (you must be connected to the Internet to access this page). Click the More Visualizations link to learn more about additional visualization modules.

6. Is Surreal.FX compatible with laptop computers?

   Yes, although many laptops do not have a 3D video accelerator. Without a 3D video accelerator, you cannot run the 3D visualization modules.
