System and Software Requirements
RealVideo Encoder 1.0 is designed to work in the Windows 95 and Windows NT 3.51 or later environments. The following tables explain which hardware is required for specific encoder uses.
System Requirements for Encoding:

| Video Capture Card (not required to encode an AVI or QuickTime file) | any card that is compatible with Video for Windows Live Encoding requires Osprey 100 or 1000 video capture card by Multimedia Access | |
