How do I cancel my Real subscription?

To cancel your Real account and stop charges to your credit card:

1. Visit My Account at https://account.real.com/acct/login.html.

2. Type your e-mail address and your password, and then click the Sign in button.

3. For each subscription that you want to cancel, click the Cancel or edit membership settings link, and follow the instructions.

If you do not see the option to cancel online, but see only a U.S. toll-free number:

This can happen if your country or postal code is not set correctly in our system. To correct this, click My Information on the left side of the My Account page and scroll down to the Location/Language Preferences section, which looks like this:

Click Edit My Location/Language Preferences. You should see a page that looks similar to the image below. Enter the correct information, and click Save Changes. Then, try canceling your subscription again.
