How do I get my 10 music downloads from SuperPass?
Your SuperPass subscription, includes $10 worth of music downloads that you can redeem each month from RealPlayer Music Store. (Please note: At this time, RealPlayer Music Store is a Windows-only application, not compatible with a Macintosh operating system.)

To collect the $10 music credit:

1. Start at SuperPass Home. Make sure you are signed into SuperPass.

2. Look under SUPERPASS BENEFITS at the right side of the page:

3. Scroll down to My Music, and click the Get My Music link:

4. Click the Get Your $10 and Shop button to have $10 deposited into your account.

Note: If you have already claimed your $10 credit for this billing cycle, you will see a screen explaining that your $10 credit has already been deposited into the Music Store for this month. However, just because you have claimed your $10 credit and had it deposited in the Music Store does not mean that you have actually spent that credit on songs and albums. Use the Click here to go the Music Store link to see if you still have credits remaining.

5. At the Terms and Conditions page, check the box next to I agree to the Music Store terms and Conditions and click the Continue button.

6. An order processing page appears next to indicate that the SuperPass $10 music credit is being deposited into the Music Store. Please be patient; this process may take 1-2 minutes.

7. Log in to the Music Store using your SuperPass username and password. If the login page does not appear automatically, click the Log In button in the upper-right corner of the Music Store home.

To confirm that you are logged in, look just above the Log out button for the amount of credit you have remaining.

8. Now you can browse the Music Store for songs and albums with the BUY buttons listed next to them. The cost of those songs or albums will be deducted from your account credit balance. As long as you have credits remaining, you will not incur any charges.
