RealArcade and GamePass Customer Support

I tried logging into RealPlayer Music Store. It seemed to accept my info but then gave me the Login button again.
If RealPlayer Music Store still says to log in even after you have entered your e-mail and address correctly, try one of the following workarounds. (Solution 1 is the most likely to work.)

Solution 1: Log in from Internet Explorer instead of RealPlayer.

1. Open an Internet Explorer browser window and go to the Music Store page.
2. Click the Log in button and enter your information.

(If prompted, allow the Web page to open musicstore.real.com as a trusted site.)

You should now be logged in to your Music Store account. Browse and buy as you like, then check for the tracks in your RealPlayer Purchased Music.

If this does not work, try adjusting your Internet Explorer:

Solution 2: Reset the Internet Explorer settings.

To reset the Internet Explorer settings, please see Deleting Internet Explorer temp files and changing privacy and security settings. Try logging in again.

If the first two solutions do not work, try adding Music Store to the Trusted Sites list:

Solution 3: Add Music Store to the Trusted Sites list in Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 6.0 only).

1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools menu, then choose Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the green Trusted Sites icon in the window.
5. Click the Sites button. A new Trusted Sites window appears.
6. In the Add this Web site to the zone: box, type https://musicstore.real.com.
7. Click OK twice.
8. Launch and sign into the Music Store.

If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact Customer Support.
