To cancel your RealOne account, please contact our Customer Service center at 1-800-632-8920. To redownload software or make other changes to your account, visit the appropriate section of My Account: If you need to change your billing information, My Account will give you instructions in the My Membership section. Go to My Account at https://account.real.com/acct/login.html and log in. In the My Membership section, click Manage My Membership. Inside the Manage My Account section you will find the following sections: My InformationThis lists your name, e-mail address, secret question, user preferences, and billing information. You can edit elements of your profile at any time. Please note our secure servers protect all of your personal information. Billing HistoryThis lets you view all of your purchases from RealNetworks within the last year, the status of memberships. It also lets you redownload software you have purchased during the past 12 months. E-mail OptionsThis lets you select and change the types of e-mail you receive. To receive other types of e-mail from us, check the box next to the e-mail description. To stop receiving a particular e-mail, remove the check from the appropriate box.
