What should I do if I cannot sign in to RealOne SuperPass or other pass programs?

This document applies to:

- RealOne SuperPass
- NASCAR.com TrackPass, NASCAR.com on RealOne
- CNN NewsPass, CNN on RealOne
- RealOne Super Pass with MLB GameDay Audio

If you are having trouble signing in to your subscription, reset Internet Explorer's standard defaults, empty the temporary folders, and turn cookies on. These solutions should resolve the problem so you can access your exclusive subscription content:

1. Reset Internet Explorer's standard defaults and empty the temporary folders.

If you cannot log in or do not see a log-in page appearing when you see the prompt: "Click here to log in"; reset the browser to the standard defaults and empty your temporary file folders. To do this:

1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the General tab (you should be there by default), under the heading Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.
3. Click the Advanced tab, then click Restore Defaults at the bottom of the tab.
4. Click Apply, then click OK to confirm.
5. On the View menu, click Refresh.

2. Enable cookies.

To avoid being asked to log in every time you want to watch RealOne programming, turn cookies on in your RealOne Player or in RealPlayer.

Note: Enable RealOne cookies at your own discretion if you access RealOne services from a public or shared computer.

RealOne Player:

- Select Remember Me when you fill out the RealOne Login form.

- Ensure that Enable Cookies is selected in RealOne Player. To do this:

1. On the Tools menu, click Preferences.
2. In the Category pane, double-click Connection, and then click Internet Settings.
3. Ensure that the Enable Cookies check box is selected.
4. Click OK.

RealPlayer 8 Plus:

- Select Remember Me when you fill out the RealOne Login form.

- Ensure that Enable Cookies is selected in RealPlayer Plus. To do this:

1. On the View menu, click Preferences.
2. Click the Support tab.
3. Select the Enable Cookies check box.
4. Click OK.
