Sometimes when you try to sign in to RealPlayer, you get an error like "Please verify and re-enter your
email and password."

This message appears for the following reasons:
- E-mail address is incorrect
- Password is incorrect
- You are not typing the full e-mail address
- You are using capital letters in the e-mail
To verify that your e-mail and password are correct, log into My Account. If you have forgotten either one, click here.
If you have the correct e-mail and password, log into RealPlayer. Make sure to use your full e-mail address in all lowercase letters.
