Rhapsody 2.1 download
If you have version 3.0.1 of one of the Rhapsody brands listed on this page, you may be able to download version 2.1 of Rhapsody.
First, click Help > About Rhapsody from the top of the player to check which version you have:

If you have version 3.1, the 2.1 download is not available to you. There is no way to go back to 2.1 from 3.1.

If you have version 3.0.1, check the list below for your brand. If your brand is not listed, the 2.1 download is not available for your brand.
If your brand is listed, follow these steps to return to the 2.1 version of Rhapsody:
- Uninstall Rhapsody and delete the Rhapsody folder from your computer.
- Click on your brand below to download Rhapsody 2.1. For example, if you have the Listen.com version of Rhapsody, you will need to download and install that version.
- When the installation is complete, confirm that the player you have loaded is the correct brand. The logo (such as Real or BestBuy) should be at the top of the player. Log in and enjoy!
If your brand is not listed below, the 2.1 download is not available for your brand.
